Information & Access List

The Access list consists of policy advocates, academics, policy practitioners and others who support openness as a value and as a tool of government accountability, citizen participation, and government transparency. The unmoderated traffic is generally limited to a few posts per week, although there may be more traffic during periods in which the issue is active. The participation in the list requires the approval of the list administrator.
