Brian joined OMB Watch in July 2008. He previously worked for the State of Maryland's Department of Budget and Management. He has held internship positions with the U.S. EPA and IUCN — the International Union for Conservation of Nature — and a graduate assistantship with the National Center for Smart Growth Research and Education. He holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Maryland and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
