527 Hearing Details Set
Senate Rules and Administration Committee (Chairman Lott, R-Miss.) will
hold a hearing on pending legislation that would revise the regulation of
organizations registered under section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code,
which governs certain political entities that expend funds independent of
specific candidate's campaign organizations.
