Director of Operations

Barbara Western oversees the general operations of OMB Watch and serves as special assistant to the Executive Director. Her role as the Director of Operations is focused on finance, human resources, board support, development and media. In addition, she provides assistance to policy staff in a variety of issue areas.

Barbara has a B.S. in Journalism from Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism at West Virginia University and a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from the Georgetown Public Policy Institute, Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership at Georgetown University.
