Jessica Randall: Regulatory Policy Analyst

Jessica Randall works in OMB Watch's Regulatory Policy program as a Regulatory Policy Analyst. Jessica serves as our staff expert on regulatory issues related to rights of nonprofit organizations to participate in advocacy and election activities. She also lobbies on behalf of the Coalition for Sensible Safeguards. In this capacity, she works to create smart, strong regulations that protect our nation’s food, safeguard our water and air supply, promote worker safety, and value the needs of everyday Americans over those of corporate interests.

Before joining OMB Watch, Jessica worked as a general political consultant. Her previous political work experiences included state and national candidate and issue campaigns, government relations for a trade organization, and a legal fellowship on Capitol Hill.

Jessica holds law degrees from Georgetown University and Université de Paris 1 Panthéon-La Sorbonne, a Master’s from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and a B.A. from American University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

A lifelong equestrian, Jessica spends much of her time outside the office in the barn with her horse, Lester. She and her husband live just outside the Beltway with two dogs, two cats, and far too many books.
