• Update: Most Anti-Advocacy Language Removed from VA-HUD Appropriations bill (10/12/99): Both the Administrative Provision and Section 428 (formerly Section 430) are no longer problems. In addition, the five year penalty and separate bank account requirements have been dropped in Section 425.
